This category recognises the unique role of those working in communications agencies. Individual members of staff can be entered here. They can enter themselves, or be entered by their manager or company.
They can be in any sort of position, from entry level to Director, but must be under the age of 35 on July 31, 2023. They will show:
- Consistent high performance delivering impressive results.
- Achieving demonstrable success in exceeding objectives set.
- Focus on and providing an outstanding service while meeting client needs.
- Effective use of integrated communications.
Note: Please ensure the entry includes a photograph portrait. Entries need to be countersigned by the individual’s manager
