This category is open to all in-house marketing teams in the construction and built environment sector whatever their size.

Winners have been teams as large as 50, and as small as two. The winning team of this award will need to demonstrate excellence in the following criteria:

  • Consistent high performance delivering tangible results across one or more campaigns.
  • A commitment to innovation and team development.
  • A high recognition of quality among the customer base and/or the rest of the company.
  • Achieving demonstrable success in meeting specific business objectives.
